Break-Fix Service Terms
On-Site Billing: Time starts upon technician arrival. Hardware replacement costs are quoted separately and approved prior to installation. A $50.00 travel surcharge applies for sites outside the Newcastle area.
Break-Fix Diagnostic Terms: Hourly Break-Fix services cover technical diagnostic labor, troubleshooting, and repair effort. If a complete resolution requires replacement hardware or third-party vendor action, recommendations will be provided and labor up to that point remains billable.
